what a weekend

came back to the city with the need for internet and gym
started and finished 5 and a half assignments
and endured an emotional upheaval over the last 24 hours
almost flew home today but now i guess staring blankly at my walls will have to do

Rest in peace Ah Kong.
I will always remember the times you used to pull my ear lobes hoping they would grow longer for longevity. I will always remember how you used to think I was Teck Qui's son after you had your stroke, before laughing when I told you I was Sean. I will always remember your cheeky grin, your silent chuckle, your wise stare.

In loving memory, you will always be in our hearts.

Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger generation. For they are us, our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life.
