Hello!

24 days since the last post. I'm a bad blogger. *shakes head*

Anyways, Easter break's over! Flew over to Sydney for an eating trip with the family. :) Put on 2kg in 4 days - which defeats the 2kg I lost over one and a half months of a 6 meal/day diet + intense exercise and gym. pooey

Had to go back for one day of class yesterday. Stupid med faculty. >:( but thank god its the weekend now. :) lol bipolar much (ok incorrect use of the term, but wtheck haha).

Andddd I'm leaving for rural placements on Monday. I'm off to Warragul yo! Only an hour and a half from the city. So I'm definitely coming back on the weekends unless I have work. Hoho :)

I've got nothing much else to blog, cept about this SUPER AMAZING DOG.

A TIBETAN MASTIFF. ohemgee this dog is so big. It's like a baby bear. :O

Too bad they're mega expensive. This red one costs like USD$1 mil - some rich China guy actually forked bloody 10 mil yuan for one. Estimating a life span of 14 years, that dog costs about RM1000 per day of its life. wholly molely

Andddd they're good guard dogs too. :) trust peaceful Tibetan monks to breed fluffy, cute, bear-like aggressive dogs. lol they're like real life kung fu pandas. Somewhat :p

They kinda remind me of another one of my favourite breeds.

CHOW CHOWS! double omg they're so fat and fluffy. like a pillow but cuter. lol

Look-at-that. SHHHOOOOO CUUTTEEEE. lol too bad they can't guard the house. So my dream dog team would be a tibetan mastiff + a chow chow. Tibetan mastiff to stay outside and guard the house, chow chow to rest my head on when I sleep. :p hoho

ahhhhh googling dog pictures makes me miss my own dog.

Meet Wasko. He's a rottweiler. :) and he's Romanian. lol

Wasko likes his crackers.

His puppy dog face begging for a cracker through the window.

Soooooo who says rottweilers are scary? Unless you're a stranger haha

Apparently, since my last post, this blog has gone somewhat viral around our second year cohort. lol thank you, Nathan Kuk.

Anyways, life's been awesome so far. :) Exams are coming up, so it's nerd time again. whoopeedee

haha so to sate my procrastinating impulses, I'm just gonna blog on something totally random: FACIAL HAIR.

Guys. Come on, you know what I'm talking about. How annoying is it to wake up every morning to scratch your chin to find that your chin is actually scratching you? Seriously,it's distracting to feel prickly all over your maxilla (sorry, anatomical term for that area between your nose and mouth). I dont know about most of you guys, but it kinda annoys me.

Girls, you probably can't relate to what I'm talking about (well I hope not) unless your armpit and leg genes have Tarzan encoded all over them. So, probably just bear with me. Haha

Sure, it was amazing the first time I had to shave. You get that "TODAY I AM A MAN" feeling tingling down your spine. You feel testosterone coursing your veins. You feel like that black guy from the Old Spice ads.

But 3 years since that time when my mum told me to start shaving cos I looked like a seedy Asian uncle, I honestly feel shaving is such a chore. It wastes 5 minutes of my time every morning; 5 minutes which can be preciously dedicated to that rare Jessica Alba dream my alarm clock always seem to disrupt.

And the worst part is....wait for it....realising there's already a slight stubble growing out in the evening. Which means you havta shave again in the morning. Or straightaway, if you're going out and you wanna maintain that clean look.

Some people may ask: Sean, why don't you just keep a moustache and beard?

Two reasons boys and girls:
1) I'm pretty sure I can't pull it off.
2) I CANT EVEN GROW A PROPER MOUSTACHE OR BEARD.

Like most Asian guys (ignore the Indians, they've got more facial hair than 3 of us yellow guys put together), hair only sprouts at certain areas around my mouth. Namely between my nose and mouth, directly under my lips and on my chin. Imagine if I don't shave for a year. The best I could properly do will be something like this.

Except I reckon mine wont even be that long. Haha

So yeah, facial hair = big no no.

Anyways, I'm sort of done ranting. haha time to do some studying. cheerio :)
