Exam: tough but done with.

Nerd Mode: OFF.

Back of hand: slightly bruised due to ridiculous slapping-hand-heart-attack-card-game.

State of mind: slightly tired but inexplicably excited.

Physically: a little unfit due to 3 weeks of nerdiness leading to lack of exercise but still pretty pumped up.

how I feel right now? : INDESCRIBABLY EUPHORIC

Dinner's in 10 minutes, airport's in 3 hours, flight's in 6 hours, home's in 15 hours.

gotta go! cya soon guys! (to my malaysian friends, that means tomorrow; to my friends in melbs, that's in 3 weeks. haha)

Another week, another post, another story of nerd and unimaginable time spent in the library.

All in all, i think i spent half of the last week (if you total up the hours) in the library. Haha but thank god Cass and Sam agreed to nerd out with me. I can foresee another week of papers, chocolates, stoning, falling asleep, waking up unexpectedly and studying harder to compensate for falling asleep, arguments whether a mandarin is an orange (YES IT IS), world cup discussion and the many more mundane things we do while we study or get distracted.

Anyways, moving on to the world cup. OMG THE WORLD CUP HAS STARTED. Sadly to say, I haven't watched a match properly yet. I don't have a TV, so the best I can do is watch live streaming online, which is annoyingly laggy or slow. And sometimes the feed is a couple of minutes slower than the actual time. GARH

The only way I can watch it on a TV is if I walk down a dodgy road at night for 15 minutes to get to Jason's place or if I walk through Uni to halls for 20 minutes to go to Sam's place. But seeming that walking at night is dodgy and I can't be eff-ed walking that far, I'm sticking to online streaming for now.

So my current daily routine = library from morning to night + World Cup at night. Which leaves me witha bout 7 hours of sleep per night tops. Ah, Sam's facebook group was right. Life, Sleep, Good grades - med kids can only have 2 out of the 3. Right now for me, it's life (WORLD CUP) and good grades. Sleep I'll catch up whenever there's small countries playing and I don't feel interested. haha

That's about it for this week. :)

10 days to exams, 11 days to home. The sky's cloudy, but I can already taste my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. almost there baby, almost there. =]

P.S: Quote anatomy textbook - Adrenaline injections make penises spasm. wtf LOL

Garh. I'm sick of studying. My brain's demonstrating minimal plasticity. not good not good

I just finished going through and understanding the anatomy we've covered so far, but I havta read through again to memorise all the details. Curse Eisenberg and his book. Having a (for want of a better less insulting word) lousy anatomy lecturer who bases the syllabus on his way-lousy book and forces everyone to read the said crap-book is not a good way to learn anatomy. -________-

So that's why I'm here blogging. :)

Last week was the last week of classes. yay! Technically we have a Health Enhancement lecture tomorrow morning then a revision lecture and exam briefing after that, but those don't really count. Because Health Enhancement is a load of unimportant stuff and revision's not exactly new stuff to learn. haha

Then we have formative OSCE's on Tuesday. Which is like a 4 station practical assessment thingy that doesn't count (this time round; next OSCE in the next semester counts @@). Since, it's not counted and my patient interaction/interviewing skills are pretty alright (nod + understanding look = good marks), I'm not stressing over it. hoho

And thennnnnn we have SWOT VAC all the way to the 23rd, which is the date of the dreaded (yet I want to get it over with) exam. And I'm flying back on the 24th. 2 weeks and 4 days more. I seriously can't wait to get my ass on that plane. haha

Sadly, I'm not gonna come back to the city til the Sunday before my exam. I'm gonna quarantine myself to desolated Clayton, Monash libraries and the Robert's study room with minimal human contact to focus on the crap that can come out on the exams. The amount of notes I have to go through = amount of notes I had the whole year round for Chemistry and Physics last year. And this semester is apparently the easiest semester of the course. greatttttt

okie dokie, gonna go de-stress myself now. In other words, hello Facebook. :)

P.S:

OMG STEPHANIE KHOO FERN LI. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if you're reading this, but I'm damn proud of you :). Gary too, but he's insignificant, and thus his congratualtions are of less importance than mine. hoho

Omg la, switzerland. so damn amazing. wawawawawawa. ALPS. double the amazing. wawawawawawawawawawawawawa

again, congrats!!! we mesti hang out when I get back. haha :)
