The week's been normal.

Got third in basketball tournament. Woohoo! Thanks Andy Lok and Kok Leong! =)

Andy Lok

<----Kok Leong's on the right

We lost in our second futsal match though. We're seriously lacking practice. Haha, but we still have a chance to go through if we win every remaining match. Let's go
"Cristianut Crabsticks II Farkenaldo" teammates!

Jay broke a photo frame in my room after Physics on Wednesday. So now, the wall above my bed looks bare. Lol

Besides being a photo frame short, my room's also been 100 times messier. *ahem* It's Gary's fault *ahem*

And........I'm taking part in a marathon tomorrow! Well, it's not really a marathon. It's just a 7km walk. But what the heck man, this is sort of my first ever run and I'm excited. =)

Ruei Pern, Chay Ann and Keat Tong are aiming to get into the top 100 runner bracket. Ju Lin is going for the top 100 in the girl's category I think. Jay's not going. I, on the other hand, am gonna walk with Lin Cze. Haha, I'm going for fun la.

P.S: Ruei Pern is the root of all evil. (inside joke) =P

Jay Min and Chay Ann came over to do our Moral slideshow presentation yesterday. Haha, had loads of fun. We took one and a half hours just to finish 6 slides. LOL

Then, we watched Youtube videos.

Distraction

Distracted

Continuously being distracted

Mr Pee Pee and Jay Min's "pee pee".

Jay likes kissing Mr Pee Pee's little kukujiao

Jay also likes kissing pink dolphins

Lol, I know it's random and lame. But I'm high right now and I got nothing better to post and do. Hahahaha!

Anyway, here's a sneak preview of our "Love the Environment" slideshow.

From left: Chay Ann and his orgasmic face, me and my "slap-me" face, our "Love the Environment" mascot, Jay without his specs.

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE people. Earth's getting dirty.

Don't you people remember Captain Planet and his teachings??

Tsk tsk...

We had our Lisan (which is an oral test in BM if you didn't know) tested by a person from the Ministry of Education on Wednesday. They just wanted to check whether our BM teacher's doing her job well. So she selected a few students with different ranges of scores to be tested.

Richard was super funny during the whole testing. He took such a long time in the room that we peeked through the window just to see what was happening. And all we saw was him, the Ministry lady and Puan Guna laughing their asses off.

He explained to us what happened when he came out.

(translated from mandarin)

"Kamu ada rajin belajar?" [Do you study hard?]

"Tak ada." [No]
"Masa lapang kamu buat apa?" [What do you during your free time?]
"eeerrrr....cyber cafe, bola keranjang, dan lim teh!" [cyber cafe, basketball, and drink tea!]
"Apa itu lim teh?" [what is drink tea?]
"Minum teh sama kawan lar!" [drink tea with friends la!]
"Kamu ada tolong ibu bapa kerja?" [Do you help your parents work?]
"Ada (nods head)" [yes]
"Kamu ada buat kerja rumah dan belajar?" [Do you do your homework and study?]

"Tak ada (shakes head)" [no]
"Kamu mau dapat A untuk BM dalam SPM?" [Do you want an A for BM in SPM?]
"Mau." [Want...]
"Kamu boleh dapat A untuk BM dalam SPM?" [Can you get an A for BM in SPM?]
"Tak boleh." [cannot]

Ahahahaha, it might not sound funny here, but it was at that moment. Even Puan Guna laughed when she tried to recall it. And that proves something. Haha!

Richard

Next, we lost to Jay Min's basketball team during lunch today. It was a semifinal match. Can't say it wasn't expected, but at least we gave them a fight. Final score: 30-17. Closest ever score in the competition for Jay Min's team. In other games, they won by at least 25 points each time. Lol.

And, obviously, today was all Andy Lok and Kok Leong again. =) They like the Supermen of our basketball team.

We're gonna meet Kar Sen's team next week, and we're confident we can win and take 3rd place. Hehe, I want that 3rd place! =P

There's a badminton friendly against High School Klang tomorrow and I'm starting to feel the nerves. Really starting to feel the nerves.

My heart's literally going 'boom boom boom' right now.

Lol, and I so smartly went and injured my left wrist on Tuesday.

That's my swollen left wrist. Lucky I didn't hurt my right wrist. Or I'll be so tulan right now.

It doesn't hurt that much and I can at l
east move it, but it doesn't look too good. I'm just worried it'll get worse tomorrow.

But luckily, I only need my left hand for serving and aiming. Which indirectly is an important minor detail, but not an important big factor.

Argh! Can't stand the tension la....I'm scared I sia sui only tomorrow. WWWWOOOOOOOOHHHH!!!!!!

Wish me luck guys!

Ok here's the videos of me and Chay Ann carrying out the loser's end of our Sports Day bet with Keat Tong and Jay Min. Both of us, being Blue House members, bet with Jay Min and Keat Tong, who are Green House members, that Blue House would win Sports Day back in March. Obviously, Green won. -_-

Both these videos were taken back in March or April, but I was too lazy to upload them until now.

First up, my punishment: shaving my head bald. The video's halfway through the shaving. The first part was too long and got rejected by Youtube. Commentary courtesy of Jay Min, Chay Ann, Wen Kuang, my mum and my maid. LOL

Haha, next we have Chay Ann's punishment: plucking out his one and only armpit hair. Done in class. =)

This is Ripley's Believe It or Not. ROFL

Exam results I got back so far are OK lar...all achieved the target I set except BM. I couldn't crack through Puan Guna's super tough tatabahasa and strict marking. I'll try to do better next time I guess..=)

Today, we had another basketball match during Gerko. We won again =). I'm quite happy about it la, even though I didn't do much again. It was still all Andy Lok and Kok Leong. Haha, our team superheroes~

We're through to the semis now. Got quite a large chance of getting bronze or silver. Gold is out of our reach though, because Khai Boon's team is gonna get that. They got all the pros. Lol. (Yea la Jay Min, I called you pro. Rub it in tomorrow yea?)

Classes been pretty much boring lately. Mr Gulam has been a good source of entertainment though. He's uberly funny and nice to kacau. Haha!

I wanted to upload the video of Chay Ann plucking his one and only armpit hair back in March, but blogger's video service is currently being as lousy as the service you receive at a "Collect Your Free Gift Here" stall.

This was his one and only armpit hair. Stored safely in page 17 of his copy of "The Pearl". Ahahahahaha!

Lol, gimme some time to upload the video on Youtube and then I will upload it here. =P

Haha my last post sounded so emo. But I feel better now anyways. Aunty Cath's getting better too. =)

Exam results haven't been all too bad. But there's still room for improvement.

Had basketball tournament match today during lunch. We won. =) But I hardly did anything la. Lol, it was all Andy Lok and Kok Leong. Haha.

Badminton friendly is coming soon too. Futsal tournament is also starting next week.

All the sports at one go. Lol, I need to get fit. -_-

I have a major headache now. I think it's from the basketball match. -_- Slept for 3 hours but it hasn't gone away. Aiks...

Today and yesterday has been sort of hellish.

I planned to spend the whole of yesterday studying for my SAT Chemistry exam. Plan worked until around 2pm, when my parents got a call from Indonesia.

Since my dad had an operation last Tuesday, he decided to send all his nurses to Bandung,
Indonesia for a holiday.

And yesterday afternoon, they got a call saying that my dad's longest serving nurse, Aunty Cath, is in critical condition in hospital. The doctor said she got a cardiac arrest but they managed to revive her.

That changed the house environment a lot. According to the other nurses, Aunty Cath was already wheezing before they flew to Indonesia. She was in such a bad condition that she had to be wheel chaired to the plane.

Upon hearing the news, my mum cried for quite some time. My dad was also very shocked and tears filled his eyes as well. Aunty Cath worked for my dad for over 20 years. She even came to the hospital when my mum gave birth to me and my brother. She's also the person who never forgets to send an SMS on your birthday to wish you every year.

She's now more of a family friend then a worker.

My parents quickly arranged plans. My mum was to go to Bandung on the earliest flight she could get, and my dad while provide the funding for everything. He can't go himself because he's restricted by his recently-operated eye.

According to my dad's experience, he said in every case which he saved and heard of regarding a cardiac arrest, the patient eventually dies a few days later. If you didn't know,
when you get a cardiac arrest, your heart stops beating, and technically you're actually dead. It's just that doctors can start your heart pumping again if they react quickly, but it usually doesn't last long.

My mum flew to Bandung today with Ah Meng Koko in the morning. Meanwhile, my dad took me to Metropolitan College so that I could sit for my exam. The exam was tough, but OK.

After my exam, our attention turned back to Aunty Cath.

From yesterday until today, we got calls from the other nurses in Indonesia, getting different news about Aunty Cath.

First the doctors there said it was a cardiac arrest, then the story changed to a respiratory arrest, then they said it was nothing because they managed to do an
elective to stop the arrests (at this point I was thanking God that the earlier doctor who informed us about her was a dumbshit), but now, the final report we got from my mum there is that Aunty Cath did have a cardiac arrest.

Turns out the doctor I cursed earlier wasn't a dumbshit at all, even though he sounded like he didn't finish medical school and he can't speak English.

However, against expectations, Aunty Cath's current vitalities show that she's doing very well. She managed to wake up a while just now and she even squeezed my mum's hand. When my mum put her handphone to Aunty Cath's ear and she heard my dad talk to her, she even cried.

The Indonesian doctors and my dad are quite surprised at her progress. If she keeps it up, she has a big chance of surviving. It's against the negative predictions that the Indonesian doctors and my dad made through their experience, but we're all hoping for it.

But still, we have to wait a few days to see whether Aunty Cath's condition remains stable.

So until then, our hearts are with you Aunty Cath. Stay in there.

Ok my dad's operation went well on Tuesday. =) Spent time with my parents the rest of the day.

Today, I met up with Jay, Keat Tong, Vhimal, Wei Keat, Wen Kuang, Shi Yee, Pooi Cheng and Ju Ann and we went to visit the kids in the orphanage. In short, we took them to play basketball then played with them for a while in the home. After that, I went to Wen Kuang's house and my mum picked me up shortly after. Studied the rest of the day for my SAT Chemistry test.

Now I'm resting and going online. And, Manisha just gave me to some videos on Youtube which I find are super funny. Ahahaha! Enjoy~

Watch this first:

Then watch this and look at their expressions:

Woke up today and fell back asleep 3 times. Haha! I'm sick right now. Flu. And the medicine my dad gave me can cause sleepiness as a side effect. Thus, explaining my pig-like behaviour this morning. Lol

But in the end, I had to get up for tuition. Aiks....I would have slept more if I could. Couldn't really sleep that well the last few nights as my newly-fixed air-cond turns my bedroom into the North Pole every time it's switched on.

Funny convo between my maid and my sleepy self this morning.

"Sean, bangun. You kata nak bangun pukul 9. Sekarang dah 10.45. Nanti cikgu datang you
habis."
"Ah.."
"bbbrrrrruuuuu....sejuk la bilik kamu."

"Mmm yea..."
"(looks at air-cond remote control) Ah tentu lah! You letak sini 20. Saya tolong kamu turunkan. Saya letak 16. Jika tidak, nanti you beku."
"o.O (snaps awake)"

Ahahahahahaha! It was damn funny at that time la. The one who said it is the one on the right. Siti. The middle is my mum (of course) and on the left is my other maid, Saron (or as Gary spells it, Saroun). That convo totally made me wake up. =)

After tuition, I studied a bit for my SAT Chemistry test this Saturday. Boring....

Then, I was happily interrupted by my mum at 7pm. Reason? My parents want me to go JOGGING with them. AT 7pm. Up and down my hill.

My mum sort of pushed me for it, so I followed them.

We walked our fat dogs for 15 minutes then put them back in the house and went jogging. It was quite nice actually, to get the chance to exercise. The only downside was many many mosquitoes decided to have us for dinner. My legs now look like I have chicken pox. -_-

I'm waking up early tomorrow to follow my parents to Megamall. My dad's having his cataract operation there. [For those who don't know, cataract operations involve the eye...something to do with the cornea.] It's a minor operation, so no worries. =)

Ok, I think I'll stop here. It's hard to blog when the red dots on my leg urge me to scratch them every 10 seconds.

BAH!
