Ah another week's over. Damn it's already 4 weeks since the last term holidays.

Neways, my HOI essay's finally done and dusted with. I finished it about a week ago and just finished editing it around yesterday.

So now, I don't give a damn whatsoever whether Thucydides criticised Athens, supported Pericles too much, kidnapped Socrates' secret baby, had a penis enlargement, farted in Cleon's face or even had homosexual affair with King Leonidas from 300 and tried to hush it up in his history book.

Everybody sing Hallejujah baby.

or Oh Happy Day. Whatever makes you happy. haha (I might not be Christian, but that song always makes me feel happy. =] haha)

But happy as I may be, work's starting to pile up. ah shitbucket

Literature assignment's coming out on Monday, I have to work on my monologue, and exam's in about 3 and a half weeks. In fact, I'm heading over to the uni library tomorrow and the state library on Sunday to start hitting books. Haha, Yann Kang, Wee Lee and Ambrose are gonna be my study buddies. lol

Gary Tan's going back to Malaysia tomorrow! Haha, that means....I GET HIS ROOM!! Woohoo!!! I'm going to get a room after 4 months without one proper one. haha

Oh, Aunty Jiu Wan's also in Melbourne. So I'm meeting up with her and Aunty Vivienne for dinner tomorrow. lol

Oh and about my exercise plan.....After 4 weeks of snacking on cereal, yogurt and muesli bars instead of chips, chocolate and soft drinks (I've abstained from soft drinks for about a month now. MUM, GET ME A REWARD) and running in the gym, I've lost 3kg. 3kg babeh. I'm back on track. haha (and no, Mum, I haven't been starving myself. Ask Gary if you don't believe me).

Hoho

P.S: Happy Belated Birthday Mum! =))

On Tuesday, we had a presentation on Artefactual Communication for EAP on Tuesday. Haha.

The group involved consisted of Lincoln, Vizu, Sam, Rosalyn and myself. =)

Haha, I had to give a talk on "what kind of clothing and artefacts my peer group and I will and will not buy/wear". Which indirectly means I had to give a talk on my fashion sense. Lol, I guess I couldn't have asked for a better question, could I? =P

Judging from the reaction from the class and our EAP teacher, Dale, I think my talk was kinda random and scandalous. Haha, that's such a fashion word man....SCANDALOUS. Hahaha

Dale, the awesome EAP teacher

Cheryl, Vincent, Elliot

The Group! Lincoln, Vizu, Sam, Rosalyn, Sean

Haha, if you're wondering, we were all suppose to dress in theme. Lincoln was supposed to be full black, Vizu was formal (partly nerdy), Sam was blue, Rosalyn was red and I was going for the slouch lazy just-woke-up look. I think Vizu's most in theme. Haha!

After the talk, we had to organise games and activities for 20-30 minutes. Haha we had 2 short games at first, but our main game was much better.

We divided the class into 3 teams, gave them a bunch of ordinary stuff (toilet paper, garbage bags, plastic cups and bowls, masking tape, scissors) and they had to dress up a model according to different themes.

IT WAS DAMN FUNNY. haha

One of the teams: Elliot, Vernie, Dexter (behind Vernie), Fook Chun

Sean, Lincoln

Dex and Fook Chun

Joseph and Vincent

Lynn

Vernie's happy~ and oh so happy~ happy and flappy and gay!!!! lol sorry, lame moment

Vizu, the formal nerd

Vizu, Sean, Lincoln

One of the minor games: Join the celebrity's head to their bodies

Dale took part. Haha sporting gila

Dale's theme: Wedding

Vernie's theme: Prom

Lynn's theme: Gothic rock concert

Gothic rock and Wedding

Then, we had round 2. =)

Haha, take a guess at what Dex's suppose to be

Rosalyn the April Accelerated addition to our class. haha

Cheryl the recent birthday girl

Vincent. He's crazzzyy. haha. His theme's so obvious. Haha take a guess

Dexter's theme: School team mascot. ROFL. Nice one guys. lol

Mimi's theme: Beach. Notice the tissue towel? Haha

Vincent's theme: Church. Clearly. haha

Mascot, formal nerd gone wild, and reverend (with Fook Chun innocently behind)

Haha, EAP 3A rocks babeh.

P.S: I'm sick. Down and out with flu. I think it was the mega exercise weekend. Haha, but I have no regrets. Even though I'm sick, I feel better and fitter. Woohoo! wait i mean...*sneeze*...ah shit

Damn I'm wiped out.

Neways, here's a quick update on life.

Went for dinner on Thursday with Aunty Kelline, Michelle and Alex. Porzi gang reunion. =)

Went to Palmerston after classes on Friday. Discussed EAP presentation with Sam, Lincoln and Rosalyn. Then, we had a surprise birthday celebration for Cheryl. The people who turned up for the celebration were either Cheryl's Parmy friends or EAP classmates. I was part of the EAP gang. haha

Had lots of lame random moments (I was high, Dexter was telling lame jokes, Vincent was in a balloon popping frenzy, Vernie was giving us the "Omg, whats wrong with you guys" look, and everyone was poking fun at Larry.)

SORRY SAM!!! for not coming back to discuss the presentation after the surpirse and leaving Palmerston soon after. =)

Watched Angels and Demons on Friday night. I thought it was quite good, but a couple of guys that read the book said it sucked compared to the book. haha

And today, I had a mega exercise frenzy, something that I never had since those school days where we went to school to play sports only. lol. Played football 10am-12pm. Then badminton 1pm-4pm.

For football, I joined the Arrow team. I hate running around in windy, rainy cold weather. It sucks big time. For badminton, there were 20 people and 3 courts. So we just campur-campur and play everywhere. lol

I'm totally wiped out. I came home, ate, bathed and dropped dead on my bed for 2 hours before Raymond woke me up for dinner. Lol

Gonna badminton again tomorrow morning then spend the rest of the day to get cracking on my HOI essay. I've officially read all the related books in the library and did all the research possible. So I guess it's time to kill the 1200 words.

Haha gtg sleep. Buh bye

I found this vid when I was video browsing on Youtube.

Haha the guy in the video below is a busker who performs right below my apartment. He's freaking awesome. Heck, I even think he can go and become a professional artist.

He definitely kicks that-Irish-busker-that-Kenny-Sia-saw-in-Ireland's ass. Big time.

Too bad I don't know the title of the song he's singing though. Lol

Oh, and I also found out Jason Mraz sounds brilliant live. Haha, sorry la, I never heard him live on TV or been to his concert before.

Lol, but I thought he was pushing his ending a bit too long.

=P

Haha I'm back with an update!

So, I watched Wolverine last Thursday. I rate the show as okok only la. I suppose it's cool and full of action, but I thought the story was pretty dry.

Lol, they made Hugh Jackman carry sandbags to pop his veins out for this pic, then photoshopped out the sandbags. Smart. Haha

I joined in the surprise birthday dinner and after-dinner party for Adeline on Saturday night. Haha, the after-party was cool. Anselm prepared like balloons, glowsticks, a pinata and loads of food. THEY HAD A PINATA IN THE SHAPE OF ELMO. Coolness. Lol

But I had to leave early because I was kinda scared there wouldn't be a tram late at night and I was already kinda tired.

Happy Birthday Adeline! (She's the 4th from the left btw. haha)

It was back to classes again on Monday. And Monday morning means EAP. Haha, EAP classes are quite fun I guess compared to other classes. =)

Vincent caught in the act. Haha

Sam and Cheryl. =) They didn't wanna turn for the camera. Camera shy peeps. haha

Fook Chun

Literature lecture

Mike! Our Literature lecturer. I thought he looks like an older version of John Terry (even though I suspect he supports Man United). Haha. He's British btw.

Yann Kang's trying to act gaya. LOL

Dexter

Oh, and Monday was also Wee Lee's birthday. Happy Birthday Wee Lee!

Haha, to celebrate, we headed off to the buffet at Crown (which is just opposite the road for me). lol

From left: Justin, Lu Ter, Jun Zhi, Guo Liang, Wee Lee, Matthew, Edwin, Sean

Now on to Tuesday! My Tuesday starts off with Literature Tutorial, which in my opinion is kinda boring. Sorry lar, but Literature just doesn't go well with me.

So.....I was freaking happy when a teacher came in halfway through the tute and told us a fire drill was going on. =)))) We got to skip the last 20 minutes of the tute. Woohoo!

Thank God for fire drills. They should have one every Tuesday. =P

Vernie and Jan

Aaron the bangang

Haha ok, the last few pics are from EAP on Tuesday. Just posting them for the sake of making the post a little longer. =]

Dexter again. LOL Dexter, kamu sangat terang kan? hahahaha (inside joke)

Mimi! She's from Hong Kong. =)

Lynn, Sean, Larry. Lynn's from Shanghai and Larry's Singaporean. Oh, and I'm Malaysian. =)

Haha. I went to Library this morning with Clarence to do research on my HOI essay. God, who knew it's so hard to find stuff on Thucydides. I don't know why the stupid translators of Greek work must write their books in such a complicated way. Aren't they supposed to make the Greek stuff sound easier?

Lol.

Kay, that's about it. =)

Haha. Chao people~
